It proves: this exact file came from FamCheck on the date shown, and not one character of the schedule inside it has changed since.
It does not prove: that the entries are true. The parents recorded them themselves. A certificate is not a notarisation, not an affidavit, and not a finding of fact.
And it is self-attested. FamCheck is both the issuer and the verifier of these certificates. That is weaker than a timestamp from an independent authority, and we would rather say so here than have it discovered later.
